Lovely balcony room with a great view of the water. It's really not a "beach resort" really more like a very nice beach house. The beach itself is quite small but beautiful water. Breakfast was fine. Staff was great. Especially appreciate that I left something in the room and they found it and had it shipped to me via LBC. Good location, easy to walk to restaurants.

Water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better.

Beach front, kind and accommodating staff, loved the rooms- it was spacious, liked the nipa hut themed. Good location, close to main road and to restaurants.

Wifi wouldn’t reach some of the rooms, no parking lot, toilet flush has weak pressure.

The location is right beside the beach.

It was very windy there is a bit of rain when we were there so didn’t enjoy the beach as much.

The location is very nice and the service is very good: staff was friendly and eager to satisfy our needs.The restaurant offers satisfactory and cheap dishes.The breakfast is good and included in room price; it's also possible to order a special breakfast (additional price) but from my point of view is not necessary.The location is really nice and during the night you can hear just the noise of the waves: great for sleeping.

Lack of maintenance: the first night was raining on my bed.No toiletery and hairdryer.

The room is clean and decent. The staff is nice. The view with abundant of coconuts is really nice.

The walkway going to the hotel is not good because it’s too sandy. Internet is on and off. The room is not staying cool enough. You have to miss the door to get unlocked

Great location near restaurants and beaches. Peaceful and quiet.

Water pressure was almost non-existent. Showering was an adventure ?. The rooms were generally clean but still need a more thorough cleaning.

The staff was amazing …Steph, Mae, Arnold, Dorbi …everyone was just delightful. They made the stay extraordinary!!

The units could use some upgrades …air conditioning struggles to keep room cool enough. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Stray cats need to be removed.

Airconditioning not enough. It was too hot. And water pressure too weak!

It’s bamboo-themed resort. The staff were friendly and were honest with the rates and the tips for the island. Food at the restaurant was good.

The aircon was not cold, it’s beachfront hotel but there’s technically no beach shore in front as there is a cement barricade.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. The staff were kind and courteous.

The room was quite rustic. No coffee or tea or electric pot available. No beach towels eventhough this was a beach resort. The refrigerator was inside the bathroom.

The bungalow accommodations; the fact that there were only six bungalows on the property which afforded a restful, relaxed, stay. The entire staff were absolutely wonderful, genuinely attentive, and extremely professional.

Not a single area for improvement. Seriously, it was that perfect!

The unit we chose 2 bedroom allowed us to spend time together as family with 8 people. The views, ambience and overall comfort met or exceeded expectation. The location was very good and staff was awesome.

Attention to detail and small touches lacked. They nickel and dimed whenever possible. The water pressure was very low.

I don’t like the property air condition never gets cold and the room smells. Lots of mosquito in the room.

Very friendly staff, our rooms we're really nice and clean. Great location and its close to all the bars and restaurants. Highly recommended! Would definitely come back with more friends. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!

Concept of two king size beds with a living room in between was nice

Ants in the bed. One of the air conditioners didn't work. Listing said air conditioned. We assume that meant all rooms that was not accurate.Listing did not show two flights of stairs. Very difficult for older person with bad knees and asthma! No hot water in the bathroom. Most of the time there was no internet. Staff did not know how to make a virgin pina colada. Was served coconut milk with pineapple juice YUK! Returned drink and was still charged for it. Overall this was at best a three star. Definitely not a four and a half star hotel by anyone's standard.

no beach that you could walk into without going down the stairs or around and outside the property hot water and pressure not very goodwould be nice if it had bean bags like the ones they have at amihan cabanas on the beachfrontour original room was a junior suite and I didn’t like how the bathroom had blue and white tiles that didn’t match the Filipino theme. I would recommend booking the classic villa as the whole theme flows and bathroom feels very natural

Safe quiet area, close to town for other restaurants. Walked to kota Beach several days. Rented motorcycle for island tour from hotel. Nice view of beach and water every day.
